Is there a long-term contract?

No. The monthly is month to month — no contract, no minimum term, cancel whenever you want, and the same line on the pricing section is the actual policy rather than an introductory offer. The one-time setup and turnover fees are separate from that and are not a commitment to stay: they pay for the build and the handover themselves, and once the site is yours the subscription is the only thing still running.

What are the setup and turnover fees?

Two one-time charges alongside the monthly. Setup pays for the build itself — the site designed, written and put together. The turnover fee covers the handover: the finished site moved onto your domain and the accounts put in your name. Neither is quoted on the page because both depend on what your site turns out to need, so you get the exact figures on the call, before anything starts. The monthly subscription begins when the site goes live.

Do you run Google Ads or guarantee leads?

No to both, and neither is what this is. We build the system underneath: the calls you already get stop going to voicemail, and the enquiries you already have stop going cold. Nobody honest can tell you how many new people will call, so we don't quote a number. Paid ads aren't part of it today — it's something we may add later, and we'd say so plainly rather than fold it into a bigger retainer. It's month to month either way, so if it isn't earning its keep you stop paying.

What actually happens on the call?

Ten minutes on a screen share. We show you the missed-call text back running live, look at how your calls come in now and where they leak, and tell you which package fits — or that you don't need us. There's no slide deck and no second call before you get an answer.

Is SEO included?

Accepted Answer

Local SEO is one of the nine systems and is in both packages, Starter included: Google Business Profile, service pages and local listings kept current, so you show up for the work you do in the area you cover.

Can I use my existing domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Managed hosting and domain connection are in both packages, and if you already own a domain we point it at the new site rather than making you move. It stays registered to you.

Can I request website changes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ongoing updates are part of Website Care on every tier — new photos, changed hours, a service added or dropped — so the site keeps changing as the business does instead of freezing on launch day. Text the change to the same number your leads come in on. Bigger pieces of work, like a new page built from scratch or a rebuild, are quoted case by case and billed separately — but always priced and agreed before anyone starts, so nothing turns up on an invoice you didn't say yes to.

How quickly can my website launch?

Most of the wait is on your side rather than ours: once the onboarding form comes back with your services, service area and photos, the build starts. We'll give you a real date on the call instead of a number here we'd have to hedge.

What happens if I cancel?

Billing stops at the end of that month. There's no notice period and no exit fee, and your domain stays registered to you.
